Cream Burlee 烤布蕾

好濃的蛋香味！！！This is one of my favorites. 超喜歡吃到上面烤焦糖的味道。在烤好的布蕾上撒上一些糖，用火槍在糖上來回加熱至糖溶化帶點焦黑。熱熱的焦糖加上冰冰的布雷果然是飯後最佳甜點。
