Orange au Chocolat 香橙巧可力

我吃過最好吃的香橙巧克力是在紐約洛克斐勒中心旁的Teuscher Chocolatier，當時還是學生的我覺得這巧克力店真的好美，花花草草的裝飾，巧克力還大方給試吃。於是買了兩條比手指還細的橘皮巧克力，要價約$5美元左右。柳橙的香味加上黑巧克力真是絕配。好吃，貴一些總是值得！回到台灣後，好懷念香橙巧克力。雖然有在賣，但總覺得味道不對，少了柳橙香氣。自己做了之後才知道，原來賣這麼貴是有原因的。香橙巧克力製作非常非常費時費工。每一個細節都要注意。所以這真是貴婦等級甜點。在此要感謝好朋友們踴躍訂購。我愛你們！！

The best Orangett I've eaten is the Teuscher Chocolatier. It located in New York City near Rockefeller Center. This chocolate shop is so pretty, and decorative plants and flowers around the shop. You can also try the chocolate before you buy. I bought two Orangetts and they were thinner than my fingers and it's about $5. Orange dip in dark chocolate combined with a perfect match. It’s so delicious, expensive, but is’t worth! I miss orangett after I move back to Taiwan. Even though I can find it on some stores, but does not always feel the taste. I try to making by myself, I realized there is a reason to sell so expensive. Making an Orangett is very time consuming. You should pay attention to every details. I’m really enjoy to make this gorgeous and delicious dessert for myself and my friends. I would like to thank friends who are already ordered. Thank you so much and I love you all.
