在墨西哥這餅乾通常出現結婚或喜慶。基本上這Mexico Wedding Cakes的成分幾乎與Russian teacake一樣。使用堅果，麵粉，奶油，糖。揉成球狀，烤後撒些糖粉。我很喜歡堅果的味道，非常香，一口一個超順口。又是下午茶的最佳拍檔。
